Freedom 7 – Al Shepard: First American in Space

On May 5th, 1961, Alan B. Shepard, in his Freedom 7 capsule, propelled by the Redstone rocket, launched into a sub-orbital space flight. The launch was in response to the Soviets sending their first man into space about 20 days before. Shepard was one of the orignal Mercury 7 astronauts, hence the “7″ in the capsule name. His flight lasted 15 min. and 22 sec. approx.

Note: Segments of the flight are cut out do to YouTube’s 10-minute video rule. The most relevant parts of the mission are included.

New Science Module Slated for Station on This Week @ NASA

The next hardware to fly to the International Space Station, the permanent multi-purpose module, was unveiled to reporters at the Kennedy Space Center. Once unloaded of spare parts and supplies, the PMM will be installed on the station and used for numerous microgravity experiments. Also, America’s top teachers go to space camp; the “Dean of Invention” comes to Langley; Palmdale gets special flag; and astronaut Leland Melvin “floats” at the Football Hall of Fame parade.

Moon Landing Hoax Apollo 11 : Fake Earth Transparencies and Dark Blackboards were used to Fake Earth

Fake Earth Transparencies and Dark Blackboards were used to Fake Small Moving Earth as Seen From Apollo 11 Windows.

This video is supposedly showing a small Earth moving outside the Apollo 11 spaceship windows, when they are supposedly on their way to the Moon.

As the faked Earth transparency is moved to the right on the outside of the window, at :34 following close behind, a dark Blackboard outside the window is moved across to the right. The sharp diagonal line of the Blackboard is seen against the left side of the fake Earth transparency, then at :36 the Blackboard is slammed shut.

At 1:09 the camera has moved over to the other side of the spaceship to show another fake Earth transparency outside another window. At 1:45 as the fake Earth transparency is moved to the right, a dark Blackboard outside the window is seen coming from the left, the Blackboards sharp diagonal line is clearly seen to the left of the fake Earth transparency, then at 1:49 the Blackboard is slammed shut.
