   What i would do first, is look at a sites that let you blog. Its your own website basically. Its free, generally easy too. (www.blogger.com)

   After you get an idea as to what you are doing, look at hosting companies, liek GoDaddy.com. They are great for an entry level person. Its like $5.00 or so for a basic package. Once there, they have many pre-built scripts and programs so you can make an entire website in just a few clicks, for no additional charge.

   Also, look for tutorials online – its a very valuable resource

   you really have two choices you can learn about building a website and what goes with it – or use a product such as site build it which takes all the technical headaches away from you allowing you to get on with what you know creating your websites content – apart from this have fun its a great journey/learning expeience

   before you start a new and own website .you should consider three things

   1. weather it is really necessary for us
   2.can we able to maintain a web site ( regular updating of news & information content of the webpage )
   3.the information is really useful for others & can we make money

   maintaining a website is little bit difficult . we should buy a domain with a minimum subscription of 12months (which cost about 50 – 100$ )

   your website should get very popular otherwise .. you can’t able to see your webpage in search engine 1st page ex: google search .

   if your website has usefull stuff & advertise in other websites …. you can able to get more traffic to your site …………you can also partistipate in page ranking

   there are many things to learn how to maintain & make revenue using your website(google adsense or bid advertiser company ) …. and those things many people can’t understand by learning though books or doing courses . .. the best knowledge is though personal experience

   so start blogging and get to know about things going around you

   Like every business This have risk and potentials.Or May be reward in case you work seriously.
   But The problem is simple This is a Low cost Business So Every Body can shape their plans and could start challenging you.

   Your Topic is Hot ( Touchy ) Go ahead and do the job.I haven’t found any noticeable site that deal with this topic.(Yes Off course I mean It!)

   Some points "If some one had done it before that’s doesn’t mean It could not be done better. The Positive side is =>people know what the subject is. No Need to teach every one what’s your subject is.Many times innovations pays less then productivity.As Innovation takes time and efforts."

   Anyway Getting a Web site is a Kidd’s Tasks.
   Just Knock any Web hosting company. Ask them to give you a start-up package.
   General Costing Goes around 2000-3000 INR.
   Rest I guess you are somewhat student. And like all students you don’t have money and plan to hire some professional.
   So just Do it yourself.In case your plan fails you will loose start-up cost and Rest your time and money invested to run the business.

   Multiply The salary with the months you will work on your website.

   Lets suppose You run the business for 12 months
   The cost will be 3000+ 12 *X
   That will be the highest lose you may have financially.Except A Broken Heart That Could not be counted in currency.

   But You will learn many thing then any course could teach you.And at web your experience Matters.
