you morons in 1997 ford made a light duty and a hd version of the f250 the light version was a f150 body with 7 lug hubs and the 5.4l v8 the regular f150 had 5 lug hubs and a 4.6l v8 the light duty f250 didnt come in the 7.3l powerstroke diesel later the light duty f250 in 1998 and 99 was named the ford f150 7700 which had a 7 lug hub and the 4.6l. @saabkyle04 That is incorrect. Actually a pretty rare truck, Ford made a few F-150s that were sold as F-250s. I mean they used the F-150 body. But it had the heavy duty suspension,, 8 lug wheels, ect ect. That is an F-250

because in 99, you could get a F250 with the 7 lug and 7700 payload group, so yes it is an actual F250, dont believe me, go to wikipedia and look under 10 generation, between 1997 and 1999, it was called the F250 LD
