I have a very good idea for a website but I don’t know that much about computers enough to create a fully integrated website. Sure I could hire other people to do this for me, but what’s to keep them from stealing my idea? Also, how much is this gonna cost me?
You have two options. Which you will choose will depend on how much money you have and how complicated the website will be.
Option One is to find a good website developer and sign a confidentiality agreement (CDA) with them. If you have enough money have a lawyer do the CDA for you. Ask a lawyer what it will cost to develop a CDA. It will probably be around $500. If that is alot for you, find a CDA and do it yourself. However, doing your own CDA is risky as you have no experience and there could be problems with it if you need to go to court. It probably will not work if the developer lives in a different country or state as every area has its own laws. I have put a link to a CDA in the resource box below. Chances are that if a reputable company signs a CDA they are not going to risk their reputation and their company by breaking it even if it is weak. But you never know. It is best to work with a lawyer if you can afford it.
Option Two is to build the website yourself. If the website is not a complicated one (such as website that just gives information or just has a webshop) it may be simpler to build it than you think. There are many inexpensive ways to do it. For example, Godaddy has an inexpensive website builder called Website Tonight. They claim anyone can build a website in under 30 minutes with Website Tonight. Cost is about $50/year for a 5 page website. I have used it, it is pretty simple to use. But if your website is a very complicated one, it may not be enough.

1-Register a domain name they are cheap..like $4.00/yr
2-hire a Attorney to make a legal document before you give your idea to web developer…
3-hire a webmaster…have him sign your legal paper
4- you website is a reality
5- I don;t know what’s your Idea

Yea by cost point of view in Pakistan you will cost 40-50thousands ruppess almost 1000US $. I am a student. I have much experience to design web-sites. I have designed all of the web-sites free of cost just to learn more and more about the designing of the web-sites. Now if you have an idea you can give me the target but not compelete idea. mean you can guide me and i can design the pages required by you. All the registration and the passwords will be in your hand. Thats why you will only be able to change anything in your site or in any case no one can even change a single word from your web-site without your permission. Now its upto you what to do it.
